These Terms of Use explain the conditions under which users may access and use the Great Big Giveaway platform. By accessing the system, you agree to these terms.

Purpose of the platform

This system is provided solely for agencies participating in the Great Big Giveaway.

It is designed for:

  • Viewing your assigned recipients
  • Submitting required allocation information
  • Ensuring fairness and preventing duplication
  • Supporting delivery coordination where needed

Any use outside these purposes is not permitted.

Account responsibility

Users are responsible for:

  • Keeping login credentials secure
  • Ensuring that data entered is accurate and complete
  • Making all allocations before the published deadline

Accounts may be disabled once the allocation period closes.

Accuracy of information

You agree to enter correct and complete information for all recipients. Incorrect or incomplete data may affect delivery, allocation fairness, or programme logistics.

Fair usage and system integrity

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to access allocations belonging to another agency
  • Share login credentials publicly
  • Interfere with, copy, or reverse-engineer the system
  • Introduce malicious code or misuse the platform in any way

Liability disclaimer

The platform is provided “as is” to support the operational needs of the programme.

Liberty Church is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect data entry by agencies
  • Delivery issues resulting from missing or inaccurate recipient details
  • System downtime due to maintenance or unforeseen issues
  • Allocations being re-assigned if deadlines are not met
  • Situations where a hamper cannot be delivered despite an allocation being submitted, due to circumstances outside our control

Submitting recipient information does not guarantee hamper delivery.

Changes to allocations

Allocation numbers may change based on demand, supply, or operational logistics. Unallocated recipients after the deadline will be released back to the general pool.

Updates to terms

We may update these terms as needed to support programme operations. All changes will be reflected on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
